✅ C — Clarify the problem
Hook your audience by showing a real, relatable pain point.
It should make your viewers say, “ugh, yes … that’s me.”
“I used to dread getting dressed for work. Nothing ever felt flattering and comfy.”
“I could never stick to a skincare routine, it felt like a full-time job.”
🧠 L — Label it
Give the problem a name. It helps people feel seen, and makes your message stick.
“I realized I had closet overwhelm. I owned so many clothes, but wore the same three things.”
“Turns out, I had skin decision fatigue. Too many products, no idea what was actually working.”
😩 O — Overview what didn’t work
Briefly mention what you tried, and why it failed. This builds credibility.
You’ve been in their shoes.
“I tried buying ‘capsule wardrobe’ guides but they never matched my style.”
“I watched 500 YouTube routines… and still broke out every other week.”
🌴 S — Sell the vacation, not the plane
Introduce the product, but don’t list features. Show the result. The feeling.
Paint the picture.
“Then I tried [BrandName]’s serum. My skin’s glowing and my routine takes 90 seconds. Magic.”
“This jumpsuit from [BrandName]? Feels like PJs, looks like I tried. No more ‘ugh, what do I wear?’ days.”
💡 Tip: Use before vs. after shots, or even day-in-the-life cuts to show the shift.
💬 E — Explain away objections
People always think “this won’t work for me.” Beat them to it.
Address those silent doubts with reassurance.
“I thought it’d be another overhyped Instagram brand, but it actually works, and the ingredients are clean.”
“I was sure it wouldn’t fit me right, but their sizing is super flexible and flattering.”
🔁 R — Reinforce the decision
End strong. Leave them with a reason to try it, and feel good about it.
“If you’re tired of skincare stress, give this a shot. It might be the one product you actually stick with.”
“This isn’t just a jumpsuit, it’s peace of mind in your closet. No regrets.”

City Bonfires is a Maryland-based company founded by two dads, Chris McCasland and Michael Opalski, who lost their jobs during the COVID-19 pandemic. They created a portable, reusable mini bonfire made with non-toxic soy wax in a compact, recyclable steel tin. Their products are handmade in Maryland using American-made materials. City Bonfires has expanded its reach by partnering with retailers like Tractor Supply and collaborating with Coleman to introduce the “City Bonfires by Coleman” line of fire pits. Their offerings include portable fire pits, s’mores kits, and accessories designed to enhance outdoor experiences.
